DressUp and Pretend play are two things Nora loves to do…she is truly a girly girl.  She and I went consignment shopping this week and found this pink seersucker dress for only $7.00, such a treasure. She is liking her doll house more and more these days. It is so cute watching her try to make the family sit on the sofas. She also points out the fact that there is a dog and cat…about a bajillion times. I had to include the piggy face in this set…she will hate me for taking that picture someday.

With the weather getting nicer finally we are spending more time out in the yard. We didn’t really have the chance to work on the yard since we moved into the house at the end of the warm weather season last year and were working on the inside of the house and still working on the inside day by day – as of now our kitchen is a construction site inside! Nora has discovered playing outside may be her favorite thing to do… temper tantrums when it is time to come in (I think we have approached the terrible two’s a few months early).  She loves to be daddy’s little helper outside!

Nora’s room is finally coming along.  She wants to play in it all day long!  She just got a new chalkboard last week so she is having fun learning how to draw things on it… and then erase (she loves the eraser).  Today she got a bunny from Aunt Cathy, when she opened it her eyes lit up and she gave it a big hug.  We took the bunny up to Nora’s room to meet all of her new “friends”.
